- Each requirement will have their own set of solution and architecture, based on which we will share the BoM, Solution Design and Architecture, Project plan, timelines and Cost of Implementation as part of the SOW
- Once the SOW is signed, we will engage the team from our end.
- Customer needs to have a subscription.
- We will setup tools and replication rules based on customer requirement.
- For DR cases we will setup system level and data level replication.
- The team will run test drills to identify aspects of services that can be automated.
- If customer signs up for Managed Services Support as well, BCDR processes will be established along with appropriate schedules for DR drills.
- The support team will be responsible for ensuring proper cutover and maintaining uptime in case of a Disaster.
